Where we deliver
We deliver to the contiguous United States (the 48 mainland states and Washington, D.C.).
We can't deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or PO boxes. Checkout will not accept those addresses, and you will not be charged.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order. The price at checkout is the total you pay: we don't add shipping, handling or sales tax on top.
How long it takes
Your pillow ships from our US warehouse, usually within 1–3 business days of your order.
Once it ships, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days by FedEx, UPS or a similar carrier.
Holidays and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days. If anything looks stuck, email us.
One pillow, one box
Each pillow ships in its own box, so each order is for one pillow. If you'd like two, place two orders.
Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking.
We email your tracking number once your pillow is on its way. Tracking can take a day to show its first update.
Your address
We ship to the address saved in your PayPal checkout. Please check it before you pay.
