Cerivelle is a brand of Waa Technologies, which runs cerivelle.com and is responsible for your personal data.

What we collect at checkout
You pay through PayPal. When you complete an order, PayPal shares your name, email address, shipping address and, if your account has one, your phone number with us.
We never see or store your card number or PayPal password. PayPal handles those.
Why we use it
We use your details to ship your order, send order and tracking emails, and answer your questions.
We keep order records so we can fulfill orders, handle returns, and meet our legal and tax duties.
Who we share it with
PayPal, to take your payment.
CJdropshipping, our fulfillment partner, and the carrier they use (such as FedEx or UPS), so they can pack and deliver your order. They receive your name, shipping address, phone number and the item you ordered, and nothing more.
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and analytics
We only use cookies that the site needs to work, such as keeping your checkout running.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify or track you across sites. It tells us things like how many people visited and which pages they viewed.
We do not set non-essential cookies without your consent.
If we add analytics or advertising pixels in the future, they will load only after you agree to them. You can change your choice at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep order records (what you bought, the amount, and the name and address it shipped to) for up to 7 years, because tax and accounting rules require it. After that, we delete them.
If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we delete everything we're not legally required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Email hello@cerivelle.com and we will help.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
